Somatic Experiencing

 

Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a naturalistic approach to the resolution and healing of trauma, developed by Dr. Peter Levine. It is a body awareness modality that restores self-regulation and capacity to those who experience symptoms ranging from everyday stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and depression to unexplained physical pain, fatigue, and illness. This includes all expressions of pandemic fatigue.

My goal is for every client to experience a greater sense of capacity, more freedom in their everyday lives and a renewed orientation to their body, their environment and pleasure.

I have been in private practice since 2010, specializing in work with individuals, groups, and systems of all kinds.
